"This recipe is great! Very easy to make, and you can have lots of fun experimenting with add ins. You can take out peanut butter and add peanut m&m's or add walnuts, shredded coconut, etc. If it's too thin, it could be the butter, make sure it's softened and not melted, make's a huge difference. You could also try adding extra oats, it won't hurt "

I was a little skeptical when the topping was just sitting on top but once it bakes, it sinks right to the middle and when you heat it to serve it comes out like molten lave cake! I served it with vanilla icecream and caramel topping and it was a huge hit! :)"
