Well I couldn't give it a full 30 minutes at 500 degrees because after about 5 minutes the drippings in the pan started burning and setting off our smoke alarms! It was really unfortunate with my whole family over. :( I ended up adding some water to the bottom of the pan to stop the smoking, and just turned it down to 350. The skin, needless to...
