Made this for my husband on Valentine's Day. He loved it. I shared it with a couple of neighbors for an extra treat for them. They loved it and have been requesting that I make it for them once a week! I have not indulged them yet, but I will surprise them soon. Maybe for Easter. Yummmm. Thanks again.

I have made this several times and thought it was very good. Then I went to a highly acclaimed restaurant, ordered it, and was greatly disappointed. This recipe is a thousand times better than in the restaurants!ld rather make this myself than have it in a rstaurant. Thanks Guy!

This was wonderful! I found a Mediteranian market and shopped for the ingredients. I could not read the labels on 3/4 of the merchandise. A young man sent me to the meat department for the spices. I could not understand the language and was becoming very confused. They got the manager and he translated. Sure enough, they had the spices behin"
