Reviewed Cerveza-Battered Fish Tacos with Quick-Pickled Onion and Cucumber
"This is a great recipe!! the only addition, and I got it from another of Sunny's episodes, was to add about 1/4 cup corn starch, adds some crunch. The taste was spot on for the fish, I got rave reviews from my fam and friends. I didn't make the sauce, used an avocado based sauce, but the batter and fish were restaurant perfect! Thanks Sunny!
