Reviewed Vinegar Brined Baby Back Ribs

The smell as it was cooking and flavor of the ribs were delicious. However, I must have overcooked it (even though I stayed under the 90 minutes recommended) because the meat was relatively tough. I was hoping the brine would somehow make it like those ribs that fall right off the bone, but no dice.
