"I never would've guessed marshmallows would be this easy and awesome! I've used this recipe MANY times and love it!
It only takes about 7 minutes in my mixer before the mixture starts creeping up the beaters on the the arm. I usually add in the vanilla (or today a mix of orange and vanilla around 6 minutes so I don't have quite so much of a mess!

Favorite Foods
sushi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (also one of Monstro's fave foods), anything spicy and/or Asian, Mexican, pasta, pizza, chocolate..... really I love ALOT of different foods. I encourage my son to try new things and NEVER EVER hide the ingredients from him. I like fresh foods but certainly cheat when I need to. As much as I wish I was one of those domestic goddesses that cooks every meal from scratch with organic/local ingredients, maintains a spotless home decorated with all hand made goodies, volunteers regularly, takes care of kids and works full-time... I'm just not!Advertisement
