I made these tonight for a party. The response I got from everyone else was overwhelming. They were all talking about them. It was probably my biggest hit EVER for an appetizer, and that says alot. I would definitely use more goat cheese than I did this time. The creaminess just balances the strong flavors of the pesto and sun-dried tomatoes...
