"We loved this. Omitted the walnuts, as we planned to give it to our 1 and a half year old too. She loved it. "More, Mama?" was heard three times! We make this a lot in the fall and winter months, when I crave butternut squash most."

About Me
I'm a mother of three, and an elementary school teacher. My passions are singing and cooking. I spent some time living in Georgia, and will NEVER turn my back on sweet tea, or southern cooking. I try to incorporate it in our weekly menu. I've taken a few cooking classes with my fiance. I enjoy baking in the winter, and experimenting with seafood and fresh veg in the spring and summer. I love Guy and Bobby, and nearly worship Paula and the Neely's.
