Reviewed Glazed Salmon with Braised Fennel
"This dish had great flavors and is a definite make again for me. I will say that my fennel didn't caramelize to a nice dark brown as it did in the show, but I think I didn't let the butter start to brown before adding the fennel. I would also recommend starting your sauce reducing first as mine was quite thin and took awhile to get to a thicker consistency. Lastly, I added just 1/4 t. of the cayenne and thought it was a nice kick to the sauce....1 t. would be killer.
