This recipe is so good my best friend asked me to make her wedding cake/cupcakes... seriously. I did, and EVERYONE at the wedding was raving about it! Always a hit for parties, gatherings, or just becuase. However, you do have to add the oil to the batter VERY slowly. If you add it too fast, the bottom of the baked cupcakes will be extremely oil"
