Reviewed Olive and Sun-Dried Tomato Tapenade with Endive Leaves

"This is so quick and simple, yet I found it to taste sophisticated and addictive! When I throw a dinner party, I want the appetizer to be simple so I can focus my efforts elsewhere. This definitely fits the bill!

Reviewed Moroccan Brisket with Olives, Tomatoes, Onions, and Preserved Lemons

"My husband and I have been in a monthly dinner club for the past 5 years, and I served this when I hosted in September. The group unanymously agreed that this brisket was one of the top meals in dinner club history! Absolutely delicious. I used a shortcut method to make the preserved lemons. Just quarter 3 lemons and place in a ziploc bag and cover with Kosher salt. Juice 3 more lemons and pour juice over. Freeze overnight, and voila! Apparently freezing helps break the fruit sugars quicker- I was skeptical at first but I'm thrilled to tell you it works beautifully.
