Reviewed Lemon Meringue Pie

I'm from Latin America so I am used to the flavor of sweetened condensed milk in pies - I thought it was pretty good. I was hesitant about the uncooked yolks in my filling, so I after I poured the filling into the shell, I baked it for 15 minutes at 350 - let it cool and then did the meringue. Really good pie and I will make it again!"

Fabulous! Very similar in taste to her French Toast Casserole - I loved the sauce but it could use less sugar (I'll cut back next time I make it). I used 5 cups of bread cubes instead of 3 and it filled my 13x9 nicely. I used fresh French bread instead of stale and it didn't seem to make a difference. It is pretty sweet, but again, it's a Paula recipe!...
