Reviewed Spaghetti and Meatballs

This recipe is delicious, I don't use milk or bread but plain breadcrumbs and put about 1 C grated Parmesan and 2 eggs. NOTE: To avoid a greasy mess, place meatballs on a sheet pan, bake at 400 degrees for about 10-15, when meatballs begin to brown. Remove from the oven and continue cooking in the sauce you choose."

This Mac n cheese was delicious. I omitted the eggs, doubled the recipe and used only one can of cheddar cheese soup. NOTE: The recipe should have indicated to shred brick cheese opposed to using bagged shredded cheese thus, the reason people experienced separation. This tip goes for most recipes that call for "shredded cheese." Hope this helps!! "

This is by far the best shrimp marinade I've ever used; the only additions and substitutions were that I added cilantro and instead of regular sugar, I use brown sugar. Also good if pan frying as well. ""

Every recipe from Alton Brown is a success; I am an avid chef and use many of the recipes I find on Food Network and without a doubt, every recipe from Alton Brown has been a outstanding. The taste and ease of this recipe was satisfying; the only change I would make is either pureeing the final product in a food processor or cooking the mixture ...
