"Quick and Easy! I only made the battered fish but plan to try the potatoes next time. One thing to note is the batter should sit for over an hour, when I scanned the recipe I didn't notice that. I only let it sit about 30 minutes and it was still good. Hopefully it will be even better this time! My family loved it and I loved how easy it was.
