Reviewed Oysters Casino with Red Bell Peppers, Chili and Bacon
"Just made Oysters Casino last night and they were great.
Very refreshing and healthy taste despite the butter and bacon topping. The prep work was very easy and quick.
I used fresh Tomales Bay oysters from north of San Francisco.
Was not a big oyster fan before making these...will do again as soon as I get a chance. "
