"If I could give this recipe negative stars, I would. This is NOT king cake. King cake is a great deal more like a massive cinnamon roll. There are sometimes fruit or custard fillings. There is also a very simple, sugar based icing and then colored sugar is sprinkled on the top. There are a wide variety of types of King Cakes but none exclude Cinnamon and filling. None have heavily flavored frosting. This is thoroughly disappointing!"
