"I LOVE this!!! I loved that this sauce is green, bright, and definitely fresh. It was super easy to make, and is a favorite at my apartment. I've already added it to my recipe box, and have shared the recipe with half of the people in my apartment complex. One of the times I made it, it was a Sunday and I didn't have any goat cheese.. and in Utah, that means you're S.O.L. if you need to go to the store. So my roommates and I decided to substitute the goat cheese with a couple triangles of those Laughing Cow Cheese Wedges, low-fat swiss and it turned out so so good."
