I just made this for my boys. This is is so easy to make and not too sweet. I used all natural strawberry preserves from Smuckers. This recipe calls for 1 cup of pumpkin and 1 9-inch deep pie crust, but Albertsons only sells 15 oz cans of pumpkin & pie crusts in 2 pks. Well, it's just enough for 2 9 inch deep dish pies! I also bought 2 8 oz tubs of whipped topping, 1 tub per pie was perfect! Since it takes so long for the marshmallow/pumpkin mixture to melt might as well cook...
