Reviewed Pecan Shortbread
"These are the best shortbread cookies I have made. They turn out perfectly every time. I am thinking of using this recipe for a tart crust; has anyone tried that yet? My only concern is that it might be too crumbly to cut pretty tart slices. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
If the crust turns out well, I plan to fill it with Ina's lemon curd and top with fresh berries and chocolate curls."
