"Have made this twice and thought it was just okay...I would vote for cutting down on the amount of molasses, as I found that it overwhelmed the rest of the flavors. Also, be aware that (for me, at least) the reducing process takes quite a long time.

Reviewed Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars with Streusel Topping

"Awesome, awesome, awesome and some more awesome. And fairly easy to make - the only pain in the butt was dicing those apples (then again, I'm not very good with knives, soooooo...). I've made these twice now, and they're always a huge hit - just make sure to cut them into fairly small pieces, as they are VERY rich.

"Delicious and simple - a great side dish when you're preparing a more intense entree, as you can just pop these in the oven 45-50 minutes before dinner time and not even worry about them (except to turn them once, of course).

Reviewed Chocolate Bundles with Chocolate Ganache

"OMG...so so so good. And easy, to boot. I used dark chocolate for the ganache, and a mix of dark chocolate Hershey's kisses and Dove milk chocolates with caramel filling for the inside of the bundles - A+++++!!! (I didn't bother with the mint sprigs, but the strawberries and whipped cream were a nice way to cut through the richness of the chocolate.)
