Have made this twice and thought it was just okay...I would vote for cutting down on the amount of molasses, as I found that it overwhelmed the rest of the flavors. Also, be aware that (for me, at least) the reducing process takes quite a long time.

Awesome, awesome, awesome and some more awesome. And fairly easy to make - the only pain in the butt was dicing those apples (then again, I'm not very good with knives, soooooo...). I've made these twice now, and they're always a huge hit - just make sure to cut them into fairly small pieces, as they are VERY rich.

Delicious and simple - a great side dish when you're preparing a more intense entree, as you can just pop these in the oven 45-50 minutes before dinner time and not even worry about them (except to turn them once, of course).

OMG...so so so good. And easy, to boot.
