This was my first attempt at making Caramels and the taste was wonderful. They are a little soft tho. Not sure if the cream wasn't hot enough when I used it or needed to cook longer. Since it was the first time I was nervous when 10 minutes came & went and the thermometer only read 200degrees. I raised the heat to medium & cooked 5 minutes mor...

I'm in love with this potato salad!! I'm not a fan of mayo based salads so when I read this my mouth immediately started watering. The fresh herbs with the lemon zest work remarkably well together and the bits of capers for saltiness!! YUM!! Thanks Giada ""

These were great tasting but I was a little confused about the chocolate as well. If I'd have cut a 1/2 oz bar into 4th, there would have been no chocolate in it. how to get 32 servings out of 2 sheets? When I cut my dough I only got 8. Either way.... this recipe rocks!!"
