This recipe is absolutely amazing. It isn't thick like traditional chili, but it is AMAZING. It's full of flavor. This recipe IS NOT from $10 Dinners, so don't expect it to be cheap. I just made the whole episode's recipes and the meal was absolutely amazing! The only thing I did differently was I made regular sized burgers (and buns, used 75/15 meat and cooked them on the griddle. The griddle was perfect. They kept their form, weren't dry and didn't get too small. LOVED these and so did everyone else. "
