I love this pasta dough!!!! I made raviolis using this recipe and can't wait to try other things! It was easy to make and surprisingly not as difficult as I though to knead it to the right consistency. It took a lot of time, which I expected for being my first time making it; however, now I feel like a pro!

Reviewed Broccoli Rabe Ravioli with Parmigiano and Pistachios

These raviolis came out amazing!!!! My boyfriend who usually isn't crazy about raviolis loved it! I told him I was going to freeze the extras but he persuaded me to cook them up so he could have another helping.

The only changes I made was cutting out the broccoli rabe (we don't really care for it) and added some thyme and orgeano...

These came out great! I followed the directions completely...but somethings that previous people didn't do that you must is.....

1) It does call for 1/2 a cup of flour (the written recipe has a typo of 2 tbsp)
2) MUST use fine sugar... makes a difference.
3) Make sure the oven is fully pre-heated before putting...
