Reviewed Chef Anne's All-Purpose Pasta Dough

"I love this pasta dough!!!! I made raviolis using this recipe and can't wait to try other things! It was easy to make and surprisingly not as difficult as I though to knead it to the right consistency. It took a lot of time, which I expected for being my first time making it; however, now I feel like a pro!

I will DEFINITELY make it again!!!"

Reviewed Broccoli Rabe Ravioli with Parmigiano and Pistachios

"These raviolis came out amazing!!!! My boyfriend who usually isn't crazy about raviolis loved it! I told him I was going to freeze the extras but he persuaded me to cook them up so he could have another helping.

The only changes I made was cutting out the broccoli rabe (we don't really care for it) and added some thyme and orgeano to the filling.

Reviewed Molten Chocolate Cakes with Raspberry Sauce

"These came out great! I followed the directions completely...but somethings that previous people didn't do that you must is.....

1) It does call for 1/2 a cup of flour (the written recipe has a typo of 2 tbsp)
2) MUST use fine sugar... makes a difference.
3) Make sure the oven is fully pre-heated before putting them in or they will flop
