Delightful and easy to prepare for family or guests. I also prepare it with shrimp and/or scallops. We love it with both or just one or the other. I use San Marzano tomatoe sauce which makes it wonderfully sweet and delicious. Perfect recipe for weekdays or weekends. One of my staples now in my monthly recipe choices. "

This recipe was fabulous. It was simple, tasty and easy to clean-up.
Now that I have made it for my husband I can't wait to make it for company. I used haddock which held up well and I also switched the water to seafood stock which another reviewer recommended. We loved it!

Made this recipe. My family thought the flank steak was too chewy. Flavor was very good. Any suggestions?
I made Flank steak last summer and our family thought it was great. Can flank steak be tough and also tender depending on where you get it? Should I stick to tenderloin if I want it to be tender.
