Reviewed scalloped potatoes and ham

This was delicious!! I doubled it to carry some to a friend. I seared thinly cut chicken breast because our family doesn't care for ham. I added a little white wine to the skillet before removing the chicken from the pan to make the gravy. I also added chicken stock to the gravy to make it go farther. WONDERFUL!!

very good recipe. tried it today. i am so excited you have a weekly show! personally, the fig preserves overpowered the other flavors. think i will try it again with a pesto sauce. ""
