This recipe was excellent! I had a craving for chicken piccata, but decided to do a search for a healthy version. I'm so glad I did. It was perfect! I didn't flour my chicken prior to cooking, and I am also not really good at thickening liquids with flour. It still tasted delicious!

Excellent! So easy to make. I will definitely be making these again. I cooked them at 300 degrees because that is what some of the other recipes called for. I also cooked them closer to 25 minutes, but I have an electric oven. I will definitely make these a side dish staple."

I made these cookies right away, and they didn't disappoint. I accidentally purchased unsweetened coconut, but considering all the brown sugar, I think it was the right choice. The cookies weren't too sweet. Definitely use parchment paper because it will help eliminate any additional grease that you would use on the cookie sheet. I did these in batches...
