Reviewed Vegetable Meatloaf with Balsamic Glaze

"This meatloaf was awesome! It was so moist and tasty. I love anything with balsamic so this was perfect. I added some additional veggies to bump the nutrition factor. "This is the best cauliflower I have ever eaten. The garlic was sweet, and the cauliflower was tender. It was so easy, which makes it a great and healthy side dish any meal.""

Reviewed Crispy Kale "Chips"

"Excellent! So easy to make. I will definitely be making these again. I cooked them at 300 degrees because that is what some of the other recipes called for. I also cooked them closer to 25 minutes, but I have an electric oven. I will definitely make these a side dish staple."

Reviewed Chocolate and Coconut Lace Cookies

"I made these cookies right away, and they didn't disappoint. I accidentally purchased unsweetened coconut, but considering all the brown sugar, I think it was the right choice. The cookies weren't too sweet. Definitely use parchment paper because it will help eliminate any additional grease that you would use on the cookie sheet. I did these in batches because I have only two cookies sheets, but I slid the parchment paper off to let them cool as the other cookies cooked. I had some trouble drizzling the chocolate, but that is probably because I melted it in the microwave. I used only 2 oz of chocolate. I will definitely be making these again.
