My Activity

Reviewed Rich Chocolate Pecan Pie

"Yum! I LOVE this pie. It's so delicious, but the best part is how easy it is! I love that you can stir everything together, and then you have an amazing pie. It bakes up beautifully, and it's the perfect amount for a deep dish shell. My boyfriend, family, and all the Xmas party guests ask me to make it over and over. I've never made the caramel, I use whipped cream instead. Perfect.

Reviewed Shrimp Fra Diavolo

"Yum! This is easy, but really great! I served it along with Giada's lemon spaghetti, and a little extra parm on top.

Reviewed Chipotle Smashed Sweet Potatoes

"I loved these! I added a little more chipotle, and a squeeze of honey to taste. My boyfriend doesn't eat sweet potatoes at all, but he tried these and wanted them again.

Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

"This was my first turkey, and I chose a 20.6 pounder! I could only tolerate having the oven at 500 degrees for 20 minutes, it smoked up the kitchen quite a bit. When it was finished, the turkey was still beautifully browned, and delicious! Everyone said it was as moist as they'd ever had!

Reviewed Stuffed Baby Peppers

"I think these were really great! The filling was just salty enough, and I could actually taste each ingredient. My boyfriend hates peas with a passion, so I left them out, but it was still awesome. Next time I will make my half with the peas, because I know it would have been even better. My filling did leak out a little, but I had used pan spray, so I could just scoop it back in.
