Reviewed Baked Sweet Potato Fries

"I loved these fries! They are more on the soft side, which is to be expected since they're not fried. The house seasoning was really good on them and I cant wait to try it on other things. I used half regular paprika and half smoked paprika which was yummy! I baked them for 20min @ 450 and then another 15 @ 425. One thing I forgot about was the parchment paper on the baking sheet. These fries tend to stick so make sure you put the parchment down. I will be making these again soon!
