Reviewed Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze
"One of my favorite Giada recipes! So delicious and moist. I wanted them to look more festive for a holiday party so I added a small dollop of mascarpone (mixed with a little lemon juice and powdered sugar) and topped with a tiny sprig of thyme. Gorgeous and rave reviews from anyone who was lucky enough to grab one before they were gone.
