"I love this cake! Here's what I do: I only use 1 stick of butter (two sticks are way too much) and melt that in a double boiler. Then, I add 8oz semi-sweet chocolate chips to the butter and melt until smooth (still over double boiler). I let that get pretty hot (but not boiling) then I wisk in the sugar.
