Love this recipe! It was the first turkey I ever made and I loved how easy it was. I made it again the year after when we had guests and everyone raved about how moist and flavorful the turkey was. I think covering the breast initially helps keeping it from drying out and the citrus and herb flavor combination is fantastic. Thanks Giada!"

LOVE this recipe. I mix in ground turkey because the chicken can be really moist and I use dill pickle relish instead of sweet because we aren't fans of sweet pickles. It's a easy and so delish!"
