The tomatoes on my plants seemed to ripen at the same time; so I had to find a recipe to use a large portion of them. I used regular vine tomatoes and romas. Do not have a scale so have no idea the weight of them but the soup turned out fantastic just the same. Did not have tomato juice so used what was on hand - a can of organic tomato sauce. "

This was a really good beet salad. I loved the twist with the ginger (have never had beet salad with ginger -- it's always been with onions, vinegar and/or sour cream). Given the Asian twist, may add some shredded daikon next time to give it an added crunch....not that the salad needs it. I am just on a beet, cucumber and daikon rage...:) Than"

I am giving this 5 stars because the recipe is great; although my execution was not! :) I would definitely suggest being mindfull of the oil temperature. At 375 for the fish, the batter began to brown far too fast for the fish on the inside to cook through. I had to turn the temp down on the fryer so I cld leave the fish in for 5 minutes. Fish...
