My Activity

Reviewed Coconut Macaroons

"The cookies may have run all over the place because you only used 7 ounces of coconut, not 14. This happened to me the second time I made it! You can easily cut the recipe in half if you only have 7 ounces. They are so great and I get requested to make them all the time!"

Reviewed Green Gobble-'Ems Garlic Bread Chunks

"I make a ton of this when spinach goes on sale and freeze it. It's delicious! I also only use about 2 tablespoons of butter and then stream in olive oil to make up for the rest of it. A little bit more heart-healthy and so tasty!!"

Reviewed Pumpkin Cream Pie

"my kitchen 11797741: Why are you so insistent that Ms. Lee is a drunk? Do you know her personally? You say in your "about me" that you like a good glass of wine, does that automatically make you a drunk too? She makes cocktails on her cooking show because it's a COOKING SHOW. Many of the chefs on the Food Network offer cocktails as a compliment to their meals. If you don't like her show, don't watch it. She doesn't need to be slandered by you because you have too much free time on your hands.
