Reviewed Foolproof Standing Rib Roast
"The skeptic in me thought there was no way this method of cooking (completely disregarding size of the roast) was going to work but it was amazing! Perfectly medium rare for my 6lb, 2-rib roast. Couldn't believe it! It was awesome.
