Reviewed Baked Macaroni and Cheese
"I agree with the review below that you should add a creamier cheese in addition to the cheddar. It was a little dry but very, very tasty. I will add Fontina next time. Bread crumbs add a very nice touch. Will definitely make this again.

Reviewed Summer Fruit Crostata
"I made this for a 4th of July party we are going to. So fabulous!! I didn't change a thing except I added nectarines and I didn't peel any of the fruit! Oh, I also used a ready made crust. So easy.
Thanks, Ina"
Reviewed Stuffed Chicken Divan with a Sherry Dijon Sauce
"Very tasty dish. It was much more labor intensive than appears from recipe. I did use the guyere in the sauce instead of parmisian. Very good sauce but also very thin. It is definitely something I will make again!

Reviewed Chicken Pepian
"Excellent dish. I followed it exactly and it came out very good. there is a lot of sauce so you will have some leftover for dipping chips!!

Reviewed Cherry Pie
"Oh my gosh! this is the best pie ever. I also changed a few things, used splenda instead of sugar and added a bag of frozen cherries. crust comes out beautifully and is a real good looking dessert to put on the table for holidays! It won't stay uncut for long tho!

Reviewed Three Onion, Mushroom and Ham Quiche
"this was the best quiche recipe I have ever made. And I have tried a bunch! I substituted broccoli for the mushrooms. the cheese makes it! Very pricy but worth it. My family only wants this quiche in the future.

Reviewed Greek Caponata
"Oh my gosh! this was a great dish. very easy to do and very flavorful. I served it as a side dish with a tri tip roast. I was going to make rice but it just didn't need it. the toasted bread was enough for a starch. even my very picky 18 year old son liked it and thats a win for me!
