This pasta salad recipe is superb, but I highly recommend using others' suggestion of doubling up on the goodies! I eyeballed my mixture, and this recipe will still work if you like to experiment. DEFINITELY add something for crunch - I added some chopped English cucumbers and that was just what it needed. Next time around, I'll use pan-roasted tomatoes...
