I'll make this again-- well, next time I have ground duck. It is a good weeknight recipe-- get the sauce going, heat up the grill, prep the burgers, grill, eat! I cooked the burgers to an internal temp of 165/170F and was happy with the result. Canned plums were fine for the sauce and cooked down easily, and a quick zap with the immersion blend"
