"Was looking for a recipe that I did not have to go to the store. Used cooking sherry, New Mexico chili powder and cut back on the honey a little bit. Did an Emeril thing, rinsed the salmon, lightly salted it and rub it in and let it sit for about 20 minutes to take most of the fishy taste out. Cooked the salmon on a vegetable grate on a gas gril"
