Reviewed Cast Iron Honey Cornbread

I improvised another of Emeril's recipies before I found this one. Skillet Cornbread. I used 1C buttermilk, 1C cornmeal, a bit of flour and sugar. I added bits of sharp cheddar after i poured the batter into the pan. Baking now, I'll check after 15-20 min, @ 350.

Delish ;) I varied the recipe, but used this as a base. Used carrots , celery garlic powder, no onion. Cheddar and dill! And instead of macaroni, Quinoa, to get more protein, and have this soup as a meal.Roasted red pepper would have gone well, too.
