This is an excellent stir fry foundation recipe recipe. The marinated chicken makes the biggest difference. I think I will cut the sugar in half next time, but that's just my taste. I also used regular sesame oil and it works fine.

I might have to try this one again, but I couldn't find the chipotles in adobo sauce in the grocery store and it made a big difference. I tried to roast some jalapenos in place of the chipotles, but it was not nearly spicy enough and pretty bland. I recommend not making this unless you have all of the exact ingredients.
