So easy! I needed olive tapenade for a recipe I was making and my local store didn't have any. I bought some olives thinking I could just use those instead but then I found this recipe. I usually love Giada's recipes but this one was not good. The wine was way too overpowering. I couldn't really taste anything else. If I were to make it again, I'd only use 1/2 cup of wine and substitute the rest with more broth.
