This recipe is excellent! It's almost effortless, I even added a layer of corn that I had cut into pieces. Last year I made this for my mother's birthday. It was a huge hit. The next day my mom made the leftover mussels and clams into clam chowder. This year I'm omitting the lobster, but I know we'll still have more than we can eat."
