“This was pretty good, but a lot of work. It took way too long for an easy, after work dinner. If I make this again, it'll have to be on a weekend when I have more time to prep & cook.
Shortcuts: I used store bought, pre-seasoned bread crumbs. Next time, I'll also use canned roasted red bell peppers. ”
