This was delicious and great way to incorporate brussels sprouts into pasta. I shredded the sprouts and added some dried cranberries to counter the bitterness of the sprouts and lemon. I tried it once with yogurt and it's definitely better with the creme fraiche.

This is delicious! I've had a lot of vegetarian dishes and this is my new fave. I added some cumin to the lentil mixture, which gave it a smokey flavor. I only used six ounces of fresh baby spinach and didn't cook the spinach at all, which eliminated the moisture problem. I didn't use as much cheese as it suggests, just to keep it on the healthie"
