Reviewed Potato and Broccoli Medallions
"I recommend cooking the potatoes first them small dicing them..and I added a beaten egg to the cream to help them set firmly. This is very close to the Ikea medallions (to be specific they are timbales) though I might change the cheese. Grated Asiago or Parmesan perhaps?"
