About Me

I am a wife and mother. I married into a family who actually cooked from scratch. I thought that meant from the box and add liquids and cook.. Now I am not afraid to do anything. I am undergowing tamales at this point. First time not enough masa and too much meat. The second time too much masa and THE WRONG MEAT!!! Alton Brown would be disapointed.  N E ways I love Jesus with all my heart and am very blessed.  :) Couldn't leave God out. He is the only reason I live.. He taught me fellowship is good.. This usually envolves food. :) So we have a lot of "fellowship" at each others homes. Long story short I am learning a lot from Alton Brown. Mainly that is possible. My husband was the first to introduce me to measurements.. His mother and sister n law has helped me cook as well. I have to make my man happy. Ok I have said enough I believe, surely I am going to run out of space.
