Reviewed Smothered Pork Chops
"Great recipe, very simple to execute with ingredients I almost always have on hand. I will definitely make this one again! The only thing I found problematic was getting the chops to cook evenly, but that's a user error, not a problem with the recipe.""
Reviewed Lemon Bars
"Great recipe - I would probably put in 1 T of zest instead of 2 T next time as it did get a little bitter aftertaste, even though I was very careful to only get the zest and not the pith. Texture was perfect and I loved the shortbread crust. I did not have any trouble with it crumbling."

Reviewed Lamb Loin Chops with Mint Pesto
"I loved that the mint pesto gave you a little of that mint jelly food memory, but with all the nuttiness of pesto. I think the pesto needed a little more olive oil than the 1/4 C recommended, but the flavor is spot-on. My husband and I both truly enjoyed this dinner paired with roasted asparagus and an Ina Garten couscous with pine nuts. "
Reviewed Turkey Tetrazzini
"I love this recipe; lots of flavor. How can you go wrong with 7 T of butter and 1 3/4 C of heavy cream? I seldom have turkey on-hand so I make this recipe with rotisserie chicken and instead of the potato chips, I top the casserole with panko.
