Reviewed Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

I love how refreshing this salad is, and its versatility. You can add/leave out veggies as you have them available, and the dressing can be used on just about anything. This is a great addition to anyone's recipe collection!"

The potatoes themselves tasted lovely, but the stuffing was beyond bland. We don't eat much cayenne, so I tried to amp it up with with a little salt and pepper, and it was no use. I was so surprised, because we love all the individual ingredients (minus cayenne). So, we won't be making these again. "

Reviewed Steamed Mussels with Spicy Red Pepper Aioli

Apr 15, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Being from the Midwest, mussels are an ingredient which I have never used. Having recently moved to the East Coast, I made it a goal to learn cook and enjoy sea food, and Chef Anne's mussels were one of my first recipes- and it was a HIT!!! I get lots of request for this one, easy, beautiful to look at, and easy to enjoy! "

This is the best drink to hand a guest when they have come in from the cold! I added more than nutmeg, as well. I put in any warm spice I had, cloves, and cardamom for example. So tasty!
