Two things to think about with this recipe: First, I’m not sure, but I think that this recipe calls for Rapeseed oil (as mentioned in the introduction) instead of Grapeseed oil as listed in the ingredients. Question: How did he cut the sprout? I could tell they weren't whole, but the recipe doesn't say anything about cutting, other than trimming.
