"So simple and yet so delicious. Loved it. Definetely does not work with cod! I did it the first time with mahi-mahi. Absolutely perfect. The second time around I didn't have enough wax paper, so I put 2 fillets in it and it still came out wonderfully seasoned, light and moist. Definetely a winner!"

"Easy to make. Loved the chicken since it came out pretty crispy. The sauce was good but it didn't wow me. I "listened" to the reviews and used only one lemon and more butter. Will probably add other things to the sauce to make it thicker and better. I was hoping for something more; but after all it's just breaded chicken with an average sauce. "

"Delicious and very easy to make. My entire family loved it. I found that putting 2 strips of bacon at a time was too much for our taste, it overpowered the flavor of the pork. Will definetely do it again but with only 1 slice! The seasoning was perfect. When I make large pieces of meat I either under or oversalt them, so no problem with this one. "
