Reviewed Walnut and Blue Cheese Grapes

Oct 11, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

What a great, simple, recipe. Something different and absolutely delicious! Because of the the extreme sweetness complaints, I added only a teaspoon of sugar to the walnut mixture. It turned out perfect. The chopper/processor pulverized my walnuts and if I only pulsed, there were too many huge chunks. It was late and I was tired so I finished pulverizing...

My food processor pulverized the walnuts and if I only gave it a few pulses, some were perfect but most were in huge chunks. Putting them in a zip lock bag and breaking (hitting) them up with a pestle worked much better.

This recipe is definetely superb! Easy to make and worth it. I peeled and quartered the potatoes (whole 10 pds of them) for quicker and even cooking (as a reviewer suggested). Was a huge hit on my dinner party. Do agree that the grainy mustard adds that extra omph factor."

I love, love this recipe. So delicious and yet simple to make. I've never used the olives since they are hard to get in my area. I do add 2 slices of lemon on top of the fish when I have people over to make it more colorful and "chic". I enjoy this so much I've made it numerous times for myself (only 1 fillet and don't even use the egg wash not to"

I made this recipe exactly to the T, except for cooking time (I found that 10 min was more than enough, you just want to brown and melt the cheese). It was by far one of the simplest, healthiest and most delicious recipes I've had. Made it 2 extra days in a row after that and had friends for dinner. That's how much we loved it! The second time aro"

So simple and yet so delicious. Loved it. Definetely does not work with cod! I did it the first time with mahi-mahi. Absolutely perfect. The second time around I didn't have enough wax paper, so I put 2 fillets in it and it still came out wonderfully seasoned, light and moist. Definetely a winner!"

Easy to make. Loved the chicken since it came out pretty crispy. The sauce was good but it didn't wow me. I "listened" to the reviews and used only one lemon and more butter. Will probably add other things to the sauce to make it thicker and better. I was hoping for something more; but after all it's just breaded chicken with an average sauce. "

Reviewed Honey-Mustard Pork Roast with Bacon

Delicious and very easy to make. My entire family loved it. I found that putting 2 strips of bacon at a time was too much for our taste, it overpowered the flavor of the pork. Will definetely do it again but with only 1 slice! The seasoning was perfect. When I make large pieces of meat I either under or oversalt them, so no problem with this one. "
